Manufactured from high-grade bauxite (Al₂O₃ ≥75%) with phosphate or aluminum phosphate binders, this refractory material undergoes mixing, shaping, and heat treatment. Its bonding phase primarily consists of cristobalite-type AlPO₄, delivering exceptional high-temperature performance and chemical stability.
