Low Porosity Fire Clay Brick are made from high - quality clay and pyrophyllite through high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering. They are refractory materials with low porosity and high strength, suitable for harsh high - temperature environments.

Common Specifications: Standard brick size is 230mm × 114mm × 65mm. Custom - made special - shaped bricks (wedge - shaped/arc - shaped bricks) are available.

Features and Properties

1. Physical Properties: Bulk density is 2.0 - 2.2 g/cm³, and the low porosity (≤ 15%) reduces penetration.
2. Mechanical Properties: Compressive strength at normal temperature is 50 - 60 MPa, with strong resistance to mechanical stress.
3. Thermal Properties: Refractoriness ranges from 1400 - 1600 °C, with excellent thermal stability.
4. Chemical Properties: Resistant to the erosion of acidic/neutral slag, ensuring a long service life.
