Chrome-Zirconia-Mullite Brick‌(The three - resistance refractory bricks) are high performance refractory materials developed based on the patented technology (ZL201310431067.6). They are made by optimizing the raw material formula and production process. Their unique properties of resistance to spalling, erosion, and thermal shock enable them to perform outstandingly in industrial environments with high temperatures, corrosive media, and rapid temperature changes, significantly extending the service life of equipment and improving production efficiency.

 Features and Properties

  1. Spalling Resistance: The brick structure is stable, capable of withstanding temperature changes and mechanical stress. The optimized internal structure can prevent crack propagation.
  2. Erosion Resistance: It has high resistance to erosion media such as high - temperature slag and acid - base solutions. The microstructure is dense, and its chemical stability is strong.
  3. Thermal Shock Resistance: It can endure frequent heating and cooling cycles, and the brick body is not prone to cracking or spalling due to a reasonable adjustment of the coefficient of thermal expansion.
  4. High Refractoriness and Strength: The refractoriness reaches 1650°C - 1750°C, and the compressive strength at normal temperature is ≥ 100MPa.
