In 2025, XZK Group offered full set refractory solutions like sillimanite bricks, zircon bricks, AZS bricks, lightweight mullite bricks and matching mortar for Zhangzhou Kibing Glass Co., Ltd.'s PV glass production line tech transformation project. Zhangzhou Qibin, a core base of Qibin Group, has 8 float glass lines with 5700 ton daily melting capacity. The tech transformation aimed to boost PV glass substrate's heat resistance and production stability.

Implementation Effect

Using these refractories in key parts of a 1200t/d ultra white PV glass kiln, it ran stably for 312 days as verified by the client. Inspection after shutdown showed remaining brick thickness at 75% of the original. Its 312 day operation cycle far exceeded the 280 day industry average, strongly supporting Zhangzhou Qibin's 148 million square meter annual PV glass production target.

Industry Impact

This cooperation enabled smooth launch of Zhangzhou Qibin's high transparency substrate project for PV modules. Also, the refractories' overall performance provided tech reference for the glass industry's chromium free transformation, increasing PV glass kiln's average lifespan by 15%.
