Implementation Effect:

XZK's three resistant bricks reduced the natural gas consumption per ton of the glass kiln from 95m³ to 82m³, saving 28 million yuan in costs annually. The anti corrosion ability was enhanced, the ash cleaning cycle was extended from 15 days to 25 days, unplanned shutdowns were reduced by 65%, and the annual effective production time increased by 120 hours.

Industry Impact:

The cooperation promotes the green development of photovoltaics in Southwest China. The combination of XZK's three resistant bricks and the "all oxygen combustion + waste heat power generation" process reduced the unit carbon emissions of photovoltaic glass by 18.7%. The experience was included in the Guangxi Photovoltaic Development Plan (2024 version). The "lightweight energy saving furnace lining technology" jointly developed by both sides was highlighted at the 2024 China ASEAN Green Expo.
