In 2020, XZK Group supplied zircon corundum bricks for its No.2 kiln to assist the technological transformation aiming at "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement".

Implementation Effect:

The low porosity of XZK's zircon corundum bricks can reduce the erosion of glass liquid, extending the major overhaul cycle of the kiln from 18 months to 30 months.

Industry Impact:

The combination of XZK's materials and the "all oxygen combustion" process reduced the unit energy consumption of photovoltaic glass from 620 kWh/ton to 510 kWh/ton, cutting annual CO₂ emissions by 12,000 tons.
